Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "starz888" or "the Platform" refers to starz888.games and all services, games, sports betting markets, live Cockfighting streams, and account management features accessible through the starz888 website.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered a starz888 account or who accesses the starz888 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on starz888, through which all platform transactions and gaming activity are conducted.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all starz888 deposits, Cash Out amounts, bonuses, and game wagers are denominated.
• "Cash Out" means a withdrawal request submitted by a Player to transfer PKR winnings from their starz888 Account balance to an approved payment method.
• "Bonus Credit" means promotional funds added to a Player's starz888 Account balance as part of a starz888 promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before Cash Out eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total PKR amount a Player must wager on eligible starz888 games before Bonus Credit becomes eligible for Cash Out.
• "Verification" means the identity verification process through which starz888 confirms a Player's age, identity, and payment method ownership via CNIC or other approved documentation.
• "Approved Payment Methods" means the payment channels accepted by starz888 for deposits and Cash Out, including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20.

References to "including" are not exhaustive. Headings are for reference only. These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version governs in all cases.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering a starz888 Account, by accessing the starz888 platform, or by placing any wager or deposit on starz888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the starz888 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not create a starz888 Account, must not deposit PKR on the platform, and must immediately cease using all starz888 services.

starz888 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the starz888 platform following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players will be notified of material changes via registered mobile number or email where applicable.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To register a starz888 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times your Account is active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. starz888 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will verify the age of any player where reasonable doubt exists.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register starz888 Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number (the mobile number registered to your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet).
• You may register only one (1) starz888 Account. Registering multiple accounts for the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or identity documents — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from starz888 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing starz888 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use under applicable law.

Account Security & Verification

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their starz888 Login credentials, including their password and any One-Time PIN (OTP) received to their registered mobile number. You must not share your Login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

starz888 will never request your password via Live Chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from starz888 that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to starz888 support immediately.

As a condition of accessing Cash Out services on starz888, all Players must complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) by submitting a valid Pakistani CNIC image through the starz888 Account portal. starz888 may additionally request:

• Proof of registered payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and registered number)
• Additional identity documentation if required by starz888's compliance procedures
• Source of funds documentation for high-value Cash Out requests

Deposits & Payment Methods

starz888 accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) via the following Approved Payment Methods:

• Easypaisa — minimum deposit 1,000 PKR, instant credit
• JazzCash — minimum deposit 1,000 PKR, instant credit
• Raast — minimum deposit 1,000 PKR, instant credit
• HBL Bank Transfer — minimum deposit 2,000 PKR, credited within 1 hour
• UBL Bank Transfer — minimum deposit 2,000 PKR, credited within 1 hour
• MCB Bank Transfer — minimum deposit 2,000 PKR, credited within 1 hour
• USDT TRC20 — PKR equivalent at prevailing rate, credited within 15–30 minutes

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same legal name as the starz888 Account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not belonging to the Account holder are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount.

starz888 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank) may apply their standard transaction fees — these are independent of starz888 and are not controlled by the platform.

Cash Out Policy

Verified starz888 Account holders may request Cash Out of their available PKR balance (net of any bonus wagering requirement) at any time. Cash Out is subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's starz888 Account must have completed full identity verification (KYC) before any Cash Out is processed.
• Cash Out must be directed to the same Approved Payment Method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to another Approved Payment Method registered under the same identity as the starz888 Account.
• Cash Out to any third-party account — including accounts registered in another person's name — is strictly prohibited and will result in the Cash Out request being cancelled and the Account being reviewed.
• Minimum Cash Out amount: 500 PKR for Easypaisa and JazzCash; 1,000 PKR for bank transfers.
• Standard Cash Out processing times: 2–3 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash; 2–4 hours for HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank; 15–30 minutes for USDT TRC20.
• VIP Gold and Diamond tier members receive priority processing — their Cash Out requests are queued ahead of standard requests.
• starz888 does not charge Cash Out fees. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are outside starz888's control.

starz888 reserves the right to delay processing a Cash Out request for up to 72 hours where additional verification is required for compliance or anti-money laundering purposes. Players will be notified of any such delay via registered mobile number. If verification documentation is not provided within the specified timeframe, starz888 may decline the Cash Out request and return the amount to the Player's Account balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

starz888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Pakistani players, including but not limited to: Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Daily Cashback, and the Refer & Earn program. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered starz888 Account holders only. starz888 reserves the right to exclude any Player from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus promotion specifies a Wagering Requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). The Wagering Requirement must be met using Real Money and Bonus Credit combined, on eligible game categories, before Cash Out of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, bonus credits are eligible for wagering on Slots only. Live Casino, Sports Betting, and Cockfighting markets are excluded from Wagering Requirement contribution unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus Credit has an expiry period specified in each promotion's individual terms. Unused Bonus Credit and any associated wagering requirement progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
• starz888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that such change does not retroactively affect a Player's ability to complete an already-active Wagering Requirement on that promotion.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on starz888 — including video slots, Jackpot Slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting markets, and Cockfighting live streams — are subject to the following game rules:

• All casino games on starz888 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided and maintained by the game's original software developer (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Playtech, Habanero, Jili Games, or other certified providers). starz888 does not modify game algorithms or outcomes.
• Game results are final and binding at the moment they are recorded by the game system. Technical errors of any kind will be investigated by starz888, but results recorded by the game server are presumed accurate.
• In the event of a game malfunction, interrupted connection, or technical fault during a game session, starz888 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Where resolution is not possible, the affected wager amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
• Jackpot amounts displayed on the starz888 platform are live estimates provided by the game provider. Final jackpot win amounts are confirmed by the game provider's server at the time of the triggering event.
• Sports betting odds are updated dynamically. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed and accepted by starz888's betting system are the odds that apply to that bet — subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.
• Cockfighting results are determined by the officiating arena and are final. starz888 does not influence Cockfighting match outcomes and settles bets based on results declared by the arena's officiating authorities.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on starz888 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Pakistani authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) starz888 Account under any circumstances
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or verification
• Using the starz888 platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or illegal financial activity
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through external software, bots, scripts, or any technical exploit
• Colluding with other players in card games, sports betting, or any other starz888 game format to obtain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in starz888 games for financial gain — any gains made through exploitation of a known or unknown glitch are not considered legitimate winnings and are subject to reversal
• Charging back deposits made to starz888 via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any other payment method after using the deposited funds for gameplay
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's starz888 Account without authorisation
• Sharing, selling, or transferring a starz888 Account to another person

Responsible Gaming

starz888 is committed to providing Pakistani players with a safe, sustainable, and responsibly managed gaming environment. starz888's Responsible Gaming programme includes the following tools, all accessible from your Account Settings after starz888 Login:

• PKR Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending. Limit decreases take immediate effect; limit increases take effect after 24 hours.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the starz888 platform — including but not limited to the starz888 brand name and logo, platform design, software architecture, written content, game interfaces, marketing materials, and all other creative works — are the exclusive property of starz888 or its licensors.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the starz888 platform for their own personal, recreational, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any starz888 content without prior written consent
• Scraping, data-mining, or automated extraction of any data from the starz888 platform
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from starz888 software
• Using starz888 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any form without starz888's prior written consent

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, starz888's liability to any Player in connection with their use of the starz888 platform is limited to the amount held in that Player's verified Account balance at the time any claim arises.

starz888 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of enjoyment, arising from use of the starz888 platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of starz888 services due to technical maintenance, force majeure events, third-party service provider failures, or circumstances outside starz888's direct control
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their starz888 Login credentials
• Variance in game outcomes — gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss, and starz888 does not guarantee winning outcomes to any Player under any circumstances
• Delays in Cash Out processing attributable to third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, or banking network delays) that are outside starz888's direct operational control

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits starz888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Account Suspension & Termination

starz888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account with or without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Multiple account registration
• Identity or age verification failure
• Bonus abuse or exploitation
• Chargeback of a deposit made to starz888
• Reasonable suspicion that an Account is being used by an underage individual
• Player self-exclusion request

Where an Account is closed due to the Player's own breach of these Terms & Conditions, starz888 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in that Account, including both Real Money balance and Bonus Credit, subject to applicable anti-money laundering obligations and legal requirements.

Where an Account is closed at starz888's discretion for reasons other than the Player's breach — for example, commercial withdrawal from a market — starz888 will process the verified Account balance for Cash Out via the Player's registered Approved Payment Method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their starz888 Account should contact the 24/7 English support team via Live Chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours; any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

Amendments to Terms

starz888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, starz888 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and in the hero section
• Notify registered Account holders of material changes via SMS to their registered Pakistani mobile number, or by displaying a notification upon next starz888 Login
• Where changes are particularly material, provide a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the revised terms take effect

Continued use of the starz888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must discontinue use of starz888 and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. starz888 operates as an online gaming platform with Pakistani players as its primary user base.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and starz888 relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms & Conditions, starz888's account decisions, game outcomes, or any other platform matter, the following procedure applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact starz888's 24/7 English support team via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or Telegram with a clear description of the dispute and any supporting documentation. The majority of player disputes are resolved at this stage within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If Step 1 does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, submit a formal written complaint to starz888 via email at [email protected], with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Mobile Number]". starz888 will provide a written response within 5 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, starz888 will engage an independent third-party mediator to review the matter. Both parties agree to participate in mediation in good faith before pursuing any other legal remedy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Player and starz888 with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements relating to starz888.
